The following information is guidance for best practices when testing concrete.

There is additional information on formatting testing submittals.

 

For testing data submitted throughout the year, the file naming convention should be:

 

Date_MixID_Readmix Supplier (YYYYMMDD)

 

As an example:

20240401_EMPC4K_ConcreteReady
